Rhakk is something of a comedic character, as he is an excellent diplomat that is only able to speak using simple sentences and small words, and often speaks in the third person.  He's a touch intimidating, although that generally helps rather than hinders in "negotiations."  While Rhakk generally tries to solve most issues with his words, he is also willing and able to settle them with axes.

"Rhakk learn mind to make him smart.  Rhakk train body to make enemies smart.  Good pun.  You use if want." -Rhakk

Note: Powers that cancel each other out are crossed out.

0 Tough as Nails (Free Power): Bonus: You start with +7 hp.

0 Smooth it Out (Free Power): Full Skill: Whenever some group wants to kill you, you can instead talk it out. This prevents any one battle from taking place for at least 12 hours unless the GM rules it would be too insane to work for some reason. You can use this power once per adventure.

0 Outcast (Racial Free Power): You are shunned both by the humans and the fauns. Take a -2 social penalty to all reactions among those races unless the area is particularly tolerant. Of course, you’re much more accepted than weird monsters, but you tend to have a bad attitude to make up for that. You also gain +2 to mental based saves. Magic: Once per adventure add+2d6 damage to any magic attack damage against a single foe. Stealth: You gain access to the thievery skills and once per adventure deal +1d6 damage with a sneak attack against an unsuspecting foe. Streetwise: You gain the streetwise skill at +2 for free.

1 Diplomat (Racial): You have overcome your bad attitude and the prejudices of your peoples. This makes you the ultimate ambassador between the races. Other races including monsters are more friendly to you because you’re an outcast just like them and not ‘one of them’. You gain +3 to all diplomacy rolls and negate the -2 penalty from Outcast above.

2 Great Strength: Skill and Attack: +2 all strength skills. +1 A. +2 D. with melee weapons from great strength. -2 all mental and social skills. +3 intimidate. Low languages: you cannot read or write: only grunt and speak simply.

3 Diplomat (Diplomat): Full Skill: You gain the diplomacy skill for free and +3 to diplomacy rolls. Negate Battle: Full Skill: Up to twice per adventure you may negate a battle that was about to take place if you role-play well. The GM may negate this power or have the battle take place at a later time. Generally, the foes must be semi-reasonable for this to work.

4 Smooth Talker: Skill: +2 to all social skill rolls.

5 Head Butt: Free Action: Whenever you’d be subject to taking damage from an enemy you may instead head butt him and deal 1d6 damage instead of taking any yourself. You can only use this power once per battle.

And so, thanks to Rhakk Skullsplitter, Rex the halfling, who just 30 minutes ago was convinced that he was going to die with all his bones horribly crushed by the brutal minotaurs, was cooking a meal using the meat the minotaurs had brought and spices he always carried.

Rhakk Skullsplitter had managed to turn the minotaurs into friends, and Rex's cooking skills finished to turn them into allies, who helped them defeat the trolls.

The clever half-faun and the halfling cook had managed to suceed at the difficult task that had caused the death of many mighty warriors and wizards... Who simply thought the minotaurs were just another horrible monster they had to defeat.

Ha ha, nice. Thanks for sharing all the great characters. I really enjoyed reading the story elements as well. Solving problems with a little clever role-playing is a nice trick.

Best Regards,
