Once upon a time, there was an elf who "wasted time" doing many different things, because she did not really had a clear idea of what she wanted to do with her life. Eventually, she became adept at firing a bow, dancing and singing. And she even managed to join an important dance company, performing in great events. One day, the director of her company and this unfortunate dancer accidentally discovered the dark secret of an important elven noble after a performance in his palace. The director was murdered by the noble and the dancer was accused of killing him and trying to murder the noble. She was allowed to escape to divert attention from the noble's misdeeds, and many additional lies about her were spread among the elves by the perverse noble. As a result, she is now considered to be “an evil dark elf” and must hide from her own people. The unfortunate elf survived thanks to the help of a group she formerly considered nothing but filthy barbarians and brutes: humans and dwarves. While elves shunned her, she met several humans and dwarves who were helpful, friendly and supportive. She definitely can't stand human and dwarven music or songs. Carrying capacity: 60 lbs/180 lbs Max Saving throws: +2 to mental and reflex saves (elf ability). Movement: 4 (includes +1 elf ability).
Class powers: 0 Precision (Free Power): Bonus: You can make ranged attacks in melee combat. Normally you have to drop your ranged weapon and switch to a melee weapon when that happens. Additionally, you ignore all penalties to attack for cover or concealment when targeting foes with any of your ranged attacks unless it’s total concealment or cover. 3 Hail of Arrows: Full Attack: attack up to five enemies with 1 roll. Only 1 can attack back even if you fail against 2 or more of their RRs. You can use this power twice per adventure. You deal -2 damage (minimum 1) per arrow. You gain no bonuses to attack or damage from any source when you use this power. 4 Precision Strike: Full Attack: +3 attack once per encounter. Deals x2 damage on a hit. Cannot use in conjunction with any other power(s). 7 Far Shot: Free Attack: In first round of battle gain 1 free attack with no repercussions for failure as long as the opponents are at least 100’ away. You can fire up to 300’ for purposes of this free attack. 0 Skill Bonus (Free Power): Bonus: You gain training in 3 additional skills at the start of the game. They each must be mundane in nature and none of them can be power skills. This represents your training in a myriad of common skills. 3 Knowledge: Skill: +1 to all skills you have. You can train in any skill the GM allows as if you had skill access to all skills. Some skills may be off limits to you if the GM says so.
Racial Powers: Natural Weaponry: 1d4 0 Wood Sense: Skill and Bonus: +2 stealth and woodlands knowledge. Immune to charms, illusions, invisibility, and compulsions. +3 hearing bonus to perception. Enhanced speed: +1 movement. +2 singing, music, art, and magical art. You gain the forging skill and the magic broad skill for free and may attempt to craft one minor magic item per adventure. See Chapter Twelve: Magic Item Crafting for details. You gain +2 to mental based saves and +2 to reflex based saves.
Character traits: Unusual ability: writing (human common language) +6 Habit: Perform or practice dancing and singing whenever possible. Dislikes: Any form of music or songs she considers “inferior” to traditional elven music (anything but elven music). Fear: Be captured and executed by other elves who consider her to be “an evil dark elf”.
Background trait: Outlaw (evil dark elf who betrayed the ways of her people). Gives: Stealth (woodlands) +10 (specific skill +5, +2 background bonus, +2 racial bonus, +1 “Knowledge” bonus).
